JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 07/08/2025 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the restoration application was allowed subject to the condition of deposition of Rs.5,000/- with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur within three weeks from the date of the order. Counsel for the applicant submits that the winter vacation started, due to which he could not deposit the cost amount within the given time. However, he deposited the cost amount on 02.01.2025. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the delay in depositing the cost amount is condoned. The cost deposited by the applicant be treated to be within the time given by the Court. Hence the restoration application be deemed allowed and review petition be restored to its original number.
