Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 212/2023, registered under Sections 304/ 201/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau. On 11.11.2022, husband of the informant, Ganesh Mehta was electrocuted when he came in contact with water, which was charged with electricity due to illegal use of motor by the accused persons. It was submitted that the offence alleged is under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. It was further submitted that there is delay of 9 months in lodging of this case. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
