While placing on record communication dated 20.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 30.08.2025, issued by Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Kangra at Dharamshala, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with.

Careful perusal of office order dated 30.08.2025 clearly reveals that petitioner has been granted pay scale of 5840-8925 w.e.f. 01.04.1999, in ₹ terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated and Principal, GSSS Surani, District Kangra, H.P., has been directed to prepare the arrears.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that arrears, if not already released, shall be
released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks. November 20, 2025
