The petitioner has filed the instant petition for quashing the order dated 03.02.2025, whereby the respondent No. 3 has returned the case of the petitioner to the respondent No. 4 with a request to appoint the Lambardar, who is less than 60 years of age. 2. In terms of Jammu and Kashmir Lambardari Rules, 1980, a person beyond the age of 60 years cannot continue as a Lambardar. Since the petitioner has already crossed the age of 60 years, he cannot be granted relief as prayed for by him in this petition.
