1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.06.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 2957 of 2024 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 2 today only. He further submits that revenue proceedings bearing Revenue Case No. 202307030100027/10/v -20(1) /2022-2023 initiated in respect of application filed by the applicants for allotment of land has been rejected by Collector, Jashpur vide order dated 10.01.2025 after due consideration . It is further contended that he has filed copy of the said
order dated 10.01.2025 alongwith covering memo.

This Court vide order dated 27.06.2024 passed in WPC No. 2957 of 2024 had directed the respondent No. 2 / Collector, Jashpur to conclude the proceeding of allotment of land under Bhumi-swami rights, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of order passed by this Court, on its own merits, in accordance with law .
4. Perusal the copy of order dated 10.01.2025 passed by Collector, Jashpur in aforesaid revenue case shows that application filed by the applicant for allotment of the land has been disposed of and the same has been rejected, as such, aforesaid revenue proceeding has been completed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner conceded the submission made by
learned counsel for respondent No. 2 that the order under contempt has been complied with.
6. Thus, since the order under contempt has been complied with by respondent No. 2/Collector, therefore, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.
