On the previous date the State was directed to get instructions in reference to the statement as given in paragraph 5 and 6. 4. Today, on instructions, Mr. Joshi, learned A.G.A. apprise to this court that in reference to the statement as given in paragraph 5 and 6 the petitioners have not any consent for making such a statement. 5. The written instructions of the Inspector Incharge of Thana Kankhal dated 24.03.2026 is placed before this court and I perused the same. It appears that the petition filed by the petitioner is completely frivolous particularly the statement as given in paragraph 5 and 6, the justification as given by the petitioners before the Inspector Incharge that petitioners have not given any consent to the counsel is also appears to be a misleading one. 6.
