Quash the Entire Charge Sheet in C.C.No.433/2018 dated 06.09.2017 for the offence p/u/s. 504, 498(A) and 34 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24869 CRL.P No. 9062 of 2025 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in Ramanagara Town P.S, pending in the Court of the Hon'ble Court of Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Ramanagara Dist. against the petitioners 2 to 4 in the interest of justice; b. To pass any order as this Court deems fit." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Trial Court is not proceeding further in C.C.No.433/2018, since the accused No.1 has not appeared and is absconding, as a result of which, the proceedings as against the present petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 are not getting completed. He further submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to split up the case qua petitioners/accused Ns.2 to 4 and proceed further in respect of petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4, in accordance with law, and dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible. 3. The said submission is placed on record. The Trial Court is directed to split up C.C.No.433/2018 and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24869 CRL.P No. 9062 of 2025 segregate accused No.1 and the remaining accused persons, and thereafter continue the pending proceedings against the remaining accused persons, and dispose of the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions and observations, the petition stands disposed of. All rival contentions and all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same.
