In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, a compliance affidavit has been filed by the Standing Counsel on behalf of opposite party disclosing that an order dated 08.04.2025 has been passed by the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj, i.e., the opposite party deciding and rejecting the claim of the applicant. The order dated 08.04.2025 has been annexed as Annexure No. 1 to the affidavit. As the order passed by the writ court has been complied with by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 08.04.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
