Heard Sri Kamal Kumar Kesherwani, learned counsel for petitioner. None appeared on behalf of respondents. 2. Petitioner appears to be a fence-sitter. His father died on 11.09.2009 and after judgments passed by this Court at later stage in regard to claim of gratuity, he has now approached this Court in the month of March, 2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that even at belated stage, petitioner may get benefit of judgments passed by this Court on said issue. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law after taking note of judgments of this Court passed on aforesaid issues and while deciding it, aspect of delay may also be considered.
