Keeping in view the nature of the dispute, we are of the considered opinion that it would be appropriate to make an endeavour to explore the possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, matter is referred for mediation to learned Mediator, Mr. Ram Lal, Advocate, with direction to the parties to appear before learned Mediator either in-person or through their duly authorized representatives on a date to be fixed by him with consultation of parties through their counsel and also, appear on subsequent dates fixed by learned Mediator and also to extend active cooperation for effective mediation.
