The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09.12.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Mau/respondent no. 2 in Case No. 1123 of 2024, Computerized Case No. D202415510001123 (Sarvnath Vs. Gaon Sabha), under Sections 30(2) Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006." 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision. 5. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 6.
