The present application has been filed for cancellation of non bailable warrants issued on 25.09.2025 as petitioner was unable to appear before this Court because of his treatment. This application is duly supported by the affidavit as well as his medical report. Since, the purpose of issuance of non bailable warrant was to secure the presence of the petitioner and now he has appeared before this Court, hence, the present application is allowed and the non bailable warrants of arrest issued against the petitioner on 25.09.2025 is ordered to be recalled as unexecuted.
