However, on the last occasion itself, the learned counsel appeared for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that the order under contempt has already been complied with by issuing notice under Section 7 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the due process of enquiry is still pending. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 also submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with as stated above. 4. In view of the above said compliance of the order under contempt by the respondents and as the enquiry is pending under the above said Section 7 notice as per law, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
