Petitioner wants this Court to issue a direction to respondent nos. 2 & 3 not to release the maturity amount of insurance policy in the name of respondent no.4. Further prayer is made to direct the insurance company to pay such amount to the petitioner. The insurance policy is in the name of respondent no.4, who is wife of the petitioner. We fail to understand how a mandamus can be issued not to pay such amount to the policy holder. Writ petition is utterly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
