The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 510/2024 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (Kota City), District Kota City for the offence(s) under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. 2. The offences alleged to have been committed by the accused-petitioner are exclusively triable by Magistrate. The accused petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024 and the trial of the case will take considerable time. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application and submitted the factual report. Same is taken on record. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that offences alleged to have been committed by the accused petitioner are exclusively triable by Magistrate. The accused petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case will take considerable time. There are no criminal antecedents against the accused petitioner except one case under Section 13 RPGO, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Dilip Kumar S/o Radhakishan, in connection with FIR No. 510/2024 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar (Kota City), District Kota City shall be enlarged on bail provided him furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
