ORDER 18.02.2025
1. In the first round, the instant matter was passed over. Even in the second round, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. There had been also no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two previous dates. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition. As such, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
