OMPST No. 45684 of 2025 The appeal, preferred by the appellant has been admitted for hearing, which certainly will take sufficient long time, for its disposal. As such, during pendency of the appeal, execution of award, dated 28.9.2023, passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, exercising the powers of Arbitrator, under the National Highways Act, in case No. 71 of 2022, is ordered to be stayed, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount, alongwith up- to-date interest, within a period of eight weeks from today.
