I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compromise the case in FIR No.97 of 2024 in Machavaram P.S., Palnadu District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 109(1), 124(1) of BNS. 3. I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking to record the compromise in FIR No.97 of 2024 in Machavaram P.S., Palnadu District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 109(1), 124(1) of BNS. 4. Both the parties appeared before this Court and were identified by their respective learned counsel. Copies of their Aadhar cards attested by their respective counsel are filed for proper identification. 6. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance and reported no objection to record the compromise. 7. The defacto complainant/respondent No.2 stated that she has voluntarily come forward for withdrawal of the case since there is no chance for reconciliation of the matrimonial life with the accused No.1. She further represented that they have agreed to file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. An amount of Rs.3,50,000/- is already paid to her on 02.09.2025 as full and final settlement for her maintenance. 8. The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre at High Court and in terms of the Mediation report, the I.A.Nos.2, 3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. 8. Since both the parties entered into compromise, no further orders are required in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 in FIR No.97 of 2024 in Machavaram P.S., Palnadu District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 109(1), 124(1) of BNS.
