The case of the prosecution, in a nutshell, is that oh o5.07.2025, on recel'pt of credible informa{iop, the prohibition and Excise P6r;onneI, Kadapa, along with their staff and mediators, reached the eastern side of FM Bakers a Food Palace.located on utukur circle to Rayachoty Bus Road uand noticed one person sitting on a two-wh.eeier and five others standing around him with bags in their hands. on seeI-ng the officials, the persons attempted tot ru'n away. The lh'Sbe6tor of police, along with his staff, apprehended fiv-; bf them, while one person dropped his bag and fled from the scene off offence. The I ~ pbII'Ce SeiZ'ed 1.2 kgs of ganja, five mobile phones! and a two wheeler, and I arrested the accused under the cover,of mahazarnama. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. perused the record. 4.
