The rejection order is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure-E. The medical claim application was rejected quoting Rule 13(1) of the Karnataka Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1983. A careful perusal of the same reflects that the reason assigned for rejection of the application is just and proper. I find no grounds to interfere with the same. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be rejected.
5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is rejected.
