APP Ms. Srilekha Chatterjee ..for the State Heard the learned counsels for the parties. Perused the case diary. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the ten years old victim girl recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
