ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in interfering with Civil dispute and harassness to comply the illegal demand of 4th Respondent as illegal arbitrary unjust violative of

fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 19 20 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent not to interfere with the Civil dispute at the behest of 4th Respondent and not to harass the Petitioners”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the PGRS application filed by respondent No.4, the petitioners were called for the purpose of inquiry. No crime has been registered against them, and the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“I further submit that, the 3rd Respondent never interfere with the petitioners civil disputes. The 3rd Respondent called the 3rd Petitioner for preliminary enquiry on the 4th Respondent PGRS Petition only. Further the 3rd Respondent never harass the 3rd Petitioner to comply the illegal demand of 4th respondent. It is further submitted that, all the allegation mentioned in the writ petition are false, invented only to file the present writ petition.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
