Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.31756 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025, is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., on 1st and 3rd Monday, until further orders. 4.
