3. Heard Sri. G. Ravishnkar Shastry, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Smt. Savithramma, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4.
Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration of the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.3-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 09th September, 2022 (Annexure-F) without insisting for 11E sketch, since the respondent-Revenue Authorities have to implement the order dated 27th April, 2018 passed in F.D.P. No.12/2016 on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC., Kanakapura. 5. It is made clear that the respondent-Authorities shall conclude the said exercise within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
