1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents/State to allow the petitioner to work as Guest Teacher/Vidya Mitan in her subject in the respective school or in the schools where the post are vacant in the District. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
