JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 17.10.2025 Present Mr.M.Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Phungyo Zinkhai, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. By the present petition, petitioners, inter alia, pray for disposal of the representations, all dated 17.3.2025 (Annexure A/2 colly) submitted by the petitioners to the Deputy Commissioner, Chandel and District Supply Officer, CAF & PD, Chandel for implementation of PMGKAY Rice Distribution to the house holds of Village, Thamlapokpi. It is submitted that the representations are pending before the authorities. Mr.M.Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate order to the pending representatins submitted by the petitioners. Mr.Phungyo Zinkhai, learned Government Advocate submits that this Court may pass any appropriate order in terms of the limited prayer made by the petitioners. Considering the submission made at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass speaking order as per Rule, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the observation, the writ petition is disposed of. This Court does not express any opinion on the merit of the case.
