This instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 11/7/2018 passed by the Court of 7th Additional Session Judge Bilaspur in Criminal Revision No.48 of 2018 in the interest of justice; (ii) Pass such pass such further and other orders and directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner/complainant has died during the pendency of the case, as such, this petition has become infructuous. 4.
