COMMON ORDER: The petitioner/accused and the de-facto complainant is present. 2. I.A.No.01 of 2025 is filed to implead the de-facto complainant as Respondent No.2 in this case. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit accompanying the application, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed, impleading the de-facto complainant as Respondent No.2 to this Criminal Revision Case. i I.A.No.02 of 2025 is filed seeking to permit the petitioner to compound the offence alleged under Section 324 of IPC and I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed to record the compromise. In the Joint memo filed by the petitioner and Respondent No.2/de-facto complainant it is stated that they have compromised the matter at the intervention of the family and village elders. The joint memo is also signed by the respective counsels. 4. In view of the compromise affected in between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, the case can be disposed of as compromised. Accordingly, IA.Nos.2 and 3 are allowed. 5. 6.
In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of compromised by compounding the offence. The petitioner/accused is acquitted and the Judgment of the learned appellate Court and the trial Court are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. as As a sequel.
