1. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Shamli in Criminal Revision No.35 of 2024 (Daud Ali Vs. State of U.P. and another) to decide the Criminal Revision No.34 of 2024 (Daud Ali Vs. D.G.C.(Crl.), Shamli and another), expeditiously. 2. Heard Sri Mohd Faiz, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no.2, learned AGA for the State-respondent no.1 and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that an F.I.R. was lodged by the applicant against opposite party no.2, which was registered as Case Crime No.103 of 2022, under sections 406, 420, 506, IPC., but police submitted final report in that matter. The applicant-complainant filed a protest petition and the same was treated as a complaint case. Subsequently, a revision has been filed by the applicant before the District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Shamli, which is still pending and the learned revisional court is not taking interest for disposal of that revision. 4. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2 has vehemently opposed the submission of counsel for the applicant. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, revisionial court/District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Shamli, is directed to make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid revision, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 7. It is also made clear that the Court/Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and execution authorities, advocates, parties to the case, staff are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 8. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
