Heard Sri Shaik Basha, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action regarding the complaint dated 07.12.2019 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the subject matter is civil in nature and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy according to law before the appropriate forum.
