The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent in issuing TDR bonds for the land gifted by the petitioner in favour of the 2 nd respondent. • 2. It is submitted that the petitioner executed a registered gift deed bearing document No.20107/2024, dt. 10.09.2024 and Document No.20108/2024, dt.10.09.2024, in respect of properties bearing D. No. 19/163, D.No.19/164, D.No.19/164-1, D.No.19/274, D.No.19/161 and D.No.19.162, Madras Road, Near Gokul Lodge, Kadapa, YSR (Kadapa) District, in favour of the 2"*^ respondent, which was utilized for development of 70 feet wide master plan road (widening of Madras Road) from Gokul Circle to Annamaiah Circle via Krishna Circle. Subsequently; the petitioner submitted a representation on 11.08.2025 for the grant of TDR bonds. However, the respondent did not consider the representation of the petitioner till date. 3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission, while directing the 2'^'^ respondent to s -3- W.P. No.22645 OF 2025 Date or order:30.08.2025 consider the representation dt. 11.08.2025 for issuance of TDR bonds to the proportionate extent of land gifted by the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
