Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first effective hearing before me. 2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to testimony of PW Narhari @ Hari and PW Hari. 3.
