The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.231/2024, registered at Police Station New Mandi, Hindaun, District Karauli, for the offence(s) under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of IPC. [2025:RJ-JP:37647] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-11582/2025] 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has falsely been implicated under Section 302 read with Section 120-B of IPC. It is contended that the main allegation is against the other co-accused Kamleshi, who has already been enlarged on bail by the Hon’ble Apex Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 and that the case of the present petitioner stands on a better footing. It is alleged against the other co-accused Kamleshi that she forced the deceased to commit suicide and thereafter burnt her and disappeared the evidence. It is further contended that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, considering the above facts, the bail application of the accused- petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail application. 4. Learned counsel for the CBI has filed the response and submitted that CBI has not conducted any investigation in the present case. 5. Heard and perused the material available on the record. 6. The main allegation of committing the offence is against the other co-accused Kamleshi, who has already been enlarged on bail by the Hon’ble Apex Court vide order dated 20.08.2025, therefore, considering the above facts, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 7. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner- Karan Singh @ Harkesh S/o Roop Singh, in connection with [2025:RJ-JP:37647] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-11582/2025] FIR No.231/2024, registered at Police Station New Mandi, Hindaun, District Karauli, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
