The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "(a) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2-Director of Secondary Education U.P. Lucknow to grant the increment as on notional promotion in pursuance of DPC dated 21.05.2022 consequential issued order dated 27.06.2022 to the petitioner as on gazetted subordinate male post of the teacher in Government Inter College within stipulated period. (b) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2-Director of Secondary Education U.P. Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2022 Annexure No.4 within stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 21.7.2022 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.3 will decide the aforesaid representation in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.7.2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the respondent authority shall independently apply its mind and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
