Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was not able to perform his duties as part-time instructor for a very long period since he was attending his ailing father and thereafter when he moved an application to join, a show cause notice dated 26.05.2023 was issued and a reply was submitted by petitioner on 03.06.2023, however, till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned Additional C.S.C. fairly submits that in aforesaid circumstances, concerned State respondent will take a decision and will convey the petitioner within a short period, preferably within a period of 3 months. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions and since a reply to show cause notice has already been filed, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that concerned State respondent will take a decision on reply of petitioner in accordance with law within aforesaid period. 5.
