No.21987 of 2024 2. This Court, by interim order, dated 01.10.2024, prima facie opined that the Director of School Education has no jurisdiction to issue such repatriation orders and stayed the same. Subsequently, the very same officer once again passed orders dated 20.10.2024, which came to be challenged by petitioners by filing I.A. No.3 of 2024 with a prayer to amend the main prayer. Now, yet again, by proceedings dated 28.01.2025 and 29.01.2025, the D.E.Os. of Kadapa and Ongole respectively issued posting orders to petitioners in their native Districts. 3. Since there is subsequent development in these matters, petitioners seek liberty to challenge the aforesaid orders by filing fresh writ petition by withdrawing the present one. Accepting the aforesaid submission, permission is granted and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file comprehensive writ petition challenging the aforesaid orders. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. _______________________ CHALLA GUNARANJAN, J 20.03.2025 SS
