This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty to the petitioner and his family from the respondent No.4 who always threat to the petitioner to evict him from his residential house No.221, 232, and 325 situated at IInd Floor Shri Harikunj Colony, in from of D.A.V. Inter College P.S. Govindnagar, Brindaban Gate, District Mathura." 3. Upon perusal of the material available on record, it is clear that the writ petition is misconceived as the same does not lie for the grievance raised in this petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with the liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the civil court or other appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances. 5.
