On verification of the records, it is seen that one appeal is preferred by the insurance company and other appeal is preferred by the claimants. Both arise out of award in M.V.O.P.No.109 of 2009. 3. M.A.C.M.A.No.3405 of 2012 was settled before the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee and award in that regard was passed on 14.09.2019. 4. In these circumstances, both the appeals do not survive. Hence, these two appeals are closed.
