The Inquiry Report dated 16.01.2025 submitted by the respondent No.3 is under challenge in the present petition. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the present petition is premature since the detail reply has already been submitted by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 in response to the inquiry report dated 16.01.2025. 3. After the aforesaid objection was raised by learned Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the authority concerned to conclude the inquiry proceedings expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to take a decision in the matter expeditiously strictly in accordance with law after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 15.02.2025.
