The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 360/2024 arising out of Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 124/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1257/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-V, Palamau. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased namely Sapna Kumari, who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the deceased had committed suicide. It was further submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no mark of mechanical injury on the person of the deceased. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the deceased committed suicide due to torture meted out to enforce demand of dowry. 6.
