The petitioner Rajibul Hussain has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, Page No.# 2/2 2023 praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of Hojai P.S. Case No. 11/2025. 3. In this case, police has filed a charge sheet against the two accused persons, namely, Safar Uddin and Kamal Uddin. No charge sheet has been filed against the accused Rajibul Ahmed. 4. Be that as it may be, in this case, the charge sheeted accused persons are Safar Uddin and Kamal Uddin. The present petitioner Rajibul Hussain is not the charge sheeted accused in this case. 5. Therefore, there is no necessity of exercising the power u/s 482 of the BNSS, 2023. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
