Learned counsel submits that due to inadvertence he has not mentioned the reason for his non-appearance in the application. He submits that his brother-in- law had expired and therefore, he could not attend the contempt petition when it was listed before the court. 2. We take the above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record and restore the Contempt Petition, by recalling the order dated 26.07.2024. It be listed for hearing on 30.01.2025.
