The main appeal was dismissed on 07.04.2025. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/appellants submits that he has filed a reply to the application in the Registry of this Court today, wherein, the non- applicants/appellants have admitted that they have not filed any appeal against the judgment dated 07.04.2025 and the said decision has attained finality. In view of the judgment dated 07.04.2025 having attained finality, prayer for release of the award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is accepted. The amount is ordered to be released to the applicant/respondent in terms of the above judgment. The same be credited in the account of the applicant/respondent, details of which have been mentioned in para-5 of the application. Application to stand disposed of.
