Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:38448-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 7821 of 2025 Petitioner :- Peer Mohd. Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jitendra Singh,Sonam Singh,Yuvaraj Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. It is alleged that despite an injunction order granted by the competent Civil Court, the authorities are not ensuring its compliance. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the State authorities be directed to take appropriate steps for ensuring compliance of the orders of the Civil Court cannot be accepted, inasmuch as the direction in the case of Premlata Maurya Vs. State of U.P. through Principal Secretary Home, Department Civil Secretary Government of U.P. at Lucknow (Writ C No. 1266/2023) was particularly in respect of grievance where it was noticed that the police administration is invariably interfering in private civil disputes. In this case, petitioner wants this Court to issue a direction to the District Administration to deal with the private rights of the parties. The Government Order in effect goes contrary to the prayer made in the writ petition. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent Court for necessary relief, this petition is consigned to records.
