The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, Guntur District, on 25.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.877 of 2025 in Crime No.650 of 2021 of Mangalagiri 2 Rural Police Station, while enlarging the petitioner/accused on anticipatory bail, imposed condition to attend before the concern police station alternative days and cooperate with the investigation till the filing of the charge sheet. on 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.877 of 2025 in Crime No.650 of 2021 of Mangalagiri Rural Police Station. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, Guntur District, on 25.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.877 of 2025 in Crime No.650 of 2021 of Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, at paragraph No.7 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police station on alternative days and cooperate with the investigation till the filing of the charge sheet, is modified. The petitioner shall now appear before the Station House Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. 6. SD/-A.
