THIS WRIT APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this appeal, the appellant has prayed for quashing the Order dated 09.02.2022 in the writ petition in W.P. No.63455/2016. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at a settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 3 "The Corporation has agreed to reinstate the appellant as a fresh Driver-cum-Conductor with a minimum payscale which is effective from the date he reports to duty pursuant to this settlement. Further he is not entitled to any previous service benefits including terminal benefits rendered prior to the settlement. Further the petitioner need not undergo either training or probation. The reinstatement shall be effective from 02/05/2025 on which date he shall report to duty at divisional office." Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Order dated 09.02.2022 in the writ petition in W.P. No.63455/2016.
