It was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner/wife herein filed F.C.O.P.No.151 of 2024 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Eluru, under Section 13(1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of the marriage. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent represented that the respondent/husband herein remained ex-parte in F.C.O.P.No.151 of 2024 and he further represented that his client wants to not press the H.M.O.P.No.118 of 2024, which is pending before Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram, since the petitioner herein filed F.C.O.P.No.151 of 2024 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Eluru, under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of the marriage and he fairly represented that the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition may be closed. 4. By recording the representation made by the learned counsel for appearing on both sides, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
