The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the approach of the respondent no.3 in not taking any action by registering the FIR basing on the complaint dt.25.03.2025 and 20.06.2025 followed by several oral representations and personal visits to the respondents no.3 even after lapse of 4 months period of time which is highly illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents no.3 to conduct the proper and detailed preliminary enquiry and register FIR against the unofficial respondents”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioners, police have registered a case in Crime No.170 of 2025 of Venkatagiri Police Station, Tirupathi District for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 303(2), 351(2) and 189(2) read with 190 BNS. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
