Present Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Shahidur Rahman, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent and Mr. BR. Sharma, learned CGC for the Central Government. [2]
Vide order dated 03.10.2025, respondent No. 4 i.e. Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi was directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners and also the proposal of the Hon’ble Governor and Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur in regard to the representation submitted by the petitioner for consideration of amendment of the NIT, especially clause 4.4 A (b) of the SBD of the NITs dated 29.08.2025 and 11.09.2025. [3]
Today, Mr. BR. Sharma, learned CGC, submits that he has received one written intimation from the Ministry and he may be permitted to place before this Court on the next date. [4]
Earlier interim order dated 03.10.2025 is extended till the next date.

Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that he has also filed a fresh application being MC(WP(C) No. 759 of 2025 for allowing the members of the petitioners to submit technical bid in terms of the earlier order, as they could not do in terms of the earlier order before 08.10.2025. [6]
However, Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that the Chief Engineer has issued a notification dated 08.10.2025 in terms of the order dated 03.10.2025 passed by this Court and the technical bid of the petitioner are deemed to be permitted to file in terms of the submission made by the learned G.A. [7]
MC(WP(C) No. 759 of 2025 is disposed of. [8]
