(COMM) 136/2025 and OMP.ENF.COMM. 104/2025 4. In view of the Order passed in I.A 1798/2026 and EX. APPL.(OS) 100/2026, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the said Agreement as entered into between the parties. 5.
